Our community's water meters are read each month. Bills are mailed on or about the 23rd of the month and are due by the 10th of the following month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, payments are due on the next business day. A $10 Late Fee will be assessed on payments not recieved by the due date.
Late payments must be received by 9:00 AM on the last Monday of the month it is due in, in order to prevent disconnection of service. If meter is locked for non-payment, a $50 Reconnect Fee will be charged. Cash, money order, credit or debit card payment of the past due charges and reconnect fee will be required to re-establish service. No meters will be unlocked outside of our regular office hours, Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please contact the office BEFORE 9:00 AM on the disconnect date if you need assistance with a payment arrangement for your balance.
