NEW RESIDENTIAL SERVICE:  The cost to establish new residential water utility service is $5,950.00.  This amount includes a refundable deposit of $150, but does not include road bores or water line extensions if necessary.  Please contact our office for specific costs involved in setting up your new water service, or for more information regarding the installation of larger commercial meters. Required forms are the Application for Service, Service Agreement, Right of Way Easement and Confidentiality of Customer Information Request (optional).

FOR RENTAL ACCOUNTS: A refundable deposit of $150 is required to establish residential service. Please contact our office for deposit information on larger commercial meters. Required form, Renters Service Agreement.  Property owners please complete the Property Owner’s Billing Agreement to authorize monthly bills to be sent to your renter.
